
Hotel Regional Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff by sharing best practices and offering peer-to-peer coaching.
• Achieve revenue milestones and drive ROI for hotel partners within a compressed 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in the local market while enhancing market share from existing clients through deliberate and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with designated hotels to communicate progress.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating closely with the assigned POD team to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Preference for multi-property sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in cultivating trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client’s business hours.
