This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff through the sharing of best practices and peer coaching.
• Enhance ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts within local markets and expand market share from existing accounts via strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations through MS Teams for the assigned hotels.
• Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to oversee accounts and streamline the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the designated POD team to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Act as a seamless extension of the hotel for clients, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
• Engage in travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Report directly to an Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• A minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience in hotel guestroom sales across various market segments.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and reach revenue objectives.
• In-depth understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Capability to manage priorities and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
• This position is home-based (remote) during the client's business hours.
