
Hotel Regional Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-driven culture in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk personnel through the sharing of best practices and peer coaching.
• Generate ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from existing clients through targeted prospecting efforts.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategies via MS Teams for designated hotels.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to effectively manage accounts and expedite the sales process.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to boost revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Preferred experience in multi-property sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or a similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation abilities.
• Capable of managing priorities and achieving results in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in Canada and be willing to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times a year.
• Position is remote-based during the client’s business hours.
• Travel for in-market visits (2-4 visits annually).
