This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the hospital sales specialist within a designated territory in Milwaukee.
• Achieve sales targets for Chiesi USA’s CARE promoted hospital products.
• Engage with targeted customers to promote and sell products using approved methods.
• Surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Conduct in-services and clinical discussions with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital personnel.
• Navigate through hospital formulary procedures.
• Execute territory business plans that align with both regional and national objectives.
• Build and sustain relationships with medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, and medical staff.
• Cultivate influential customers as local advocates and champions.
• Organize and lead impactful meetings with customers and peers.
• Implement initiatives such as speaker bureaus, symposia, and convention displays.
• Enhance sales and retention strategies to improve business results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and boost sales.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and monthly sales updates for management.
• Develop, revise, and adhere to territory business plans.
• Attain expertise with products and sales resources.
• Manage the territory budget in accordance with company guidelines.
• Respond promptly to requests from management and customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university.
• Two years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
• Proven skills in organization and territory management.
• Strong capabilities in building relationships.
• Proficient in presenting scientific information using visual aids, clinical reprints, and technical data.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Successful completion of new hire training and capability to pass product knowledge assessments.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and hospital credentialing processes.
• Capability to obtain and retain necessary hospital credentials.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, including testing for marijuana.
• Willingness or ability to travel up to 75% as needed.
• Candidates should reside in or around Milwaukee, WI.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
