This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage with targeted customers to promote and sell Chiesi USA hospital products within the designated geographic territory.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Facilitate in-services and clinical discussions with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital personnel.
• Navigate the hospital formulary procedures.
• Execute territory business plans that align with regional and national strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, medical staff, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Cultivate influential customers to serve as local advocates and champions.
• Organize and conduct impactful meetings with targeted customers and colleagues.
• Implement special initiatives such as speaker bureau programs, symposia, and convention displays.
• Enhance sales and retention strategies to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with internal Chiesi teams to address customer needs and facilitate the sales process.
• Create, update, and adhere to territory business plans.
• Generate reports and presentations for management.
• Deliver monthly sales reports while identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges to business growth.
• Attain proficiency with products and sales tools, including visual aids, clinical reprints, technical data, and educational materials.
• Manage the territory budget according to company guidelines.
• Respond promptly to management and customer inquiries.
• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized four-year university.
• Two years of experience in pharmaceutical industry sales.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
• Demonstrated organizational and territory management expertise.
• Strong skills in relationship building.
• Proficiency in presenting scientific information using visual aids, clinical reprints, and technical data.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Successful completion of new hire training with the ability to pass product knowledge assessments.
• Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and hospital credentialing procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required hospital credentials.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, including marijuana testing.
• Preferred: experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Must reside in or near the assigned Orlando/West Palm Beach territory.
