Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the homes of pets.

• Support families located in Perry Hall, White Marsh, Nottingham, and Rosedale, Maryland.

• Operate independently while traveling.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments daily at a relaxed pace.

• Spend time with families, addressing challenging questions and clarifying end-of-life care.

• Assist families in saying goodbye with dignity and tranquility.

• Collaborate with and receive support from experienced professionals.

• Engage in onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days each month that accommodate your lifestyle.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• License verification is necessary prior to the start date.

• A background check is required before commencing employment.

• Review of driving record is mandatory before the start date.
