Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver hospice and in-home euthanasia services in Towson, Lutherville-Timonium, Cockeysville, and neighboring regions.

• Operate independently while providing care to families in their residences.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day at a pace suitable for care.

• Attend to families, clarify end-of-life care, and assist them in saying farewell with dignity and tranquility.

• Address challenging inquiries with empathy and understanding.

• Engage in a comprehensive onboarding process and receive personalized mentorship.

• Select and manage a work schedule of 2 to 5 days per week.

• Choose four weekend days each month based on personal availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days each month that align with your lifestyle.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• License verification is mandatory before the start date.

• A background check is required prior to the start date.

• A review of the driving record is necessary before the start date.
