This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for overseeing the technical and organizational preparation of work, both in the planning and execution phases of the project.

• Additionally, you serve as a sounding board for internal clients;

• You create a work schedule and monitor progress;

• You devise technical work methodologies, manage procurement, and order necessary materials;

• You maintain communication with suppliers and subcontractors;

• You resolve issues by implementing practical and ad hoc solutions;

• Finally, you collaborate closely with the execution team on the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or graduated from a Technical University;

• You are drawn to complex urban projects;

• You are flexible and results-oriented;

• You are a true team player;

• You hold a driver's license and are mobile within the Netherlands;

• You speak and write fluent Dutch.
