This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee approximately 190 properties throughout Newquay and the broader North Cornwall region.
• Enhance bookings and revenue across the entire portfolio.
• Ensure properties feature accurate, attractive, and commercially appealing descriptions.
• Maintain high-quality, well-staged photography that emphasizes key selling points.
• Develop and suggest pricing strategies based on data, competitor analysis, and performance trends.
• Track booking rates to optimize revenue and occupancy levels.
• Spot opportunities for improving property performance and overall portfolio outcomes.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for regional homeowners.
• Forge enduring professional relationships with property owners.
• Provide updates, conduct property visits, and perform performance evaluations.
• Identify issues through guest feedback, reviews, and performance metrics.
• Handle challenging discussions and find constructive solutions.
• Assist in homeowner events and engagement initiatives.
• Recommend décor updates, enhancements, and impactful features.
• Propose methods to boost property marketability, such as allowing pets or adding amenities.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles to bookings.
• Review Property Quality Scores and advise homeowners on potential improvements.
• Collaborate with owners to elevate property standards and highlight those unable to meet quality expectations.
• Work with the New Business team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new owners.
• Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and requirements.
• Promote homeowner referrals and advocate for company culture.
• Manage time across a geographically diverse portfolio.
• Prioritize health, safety, and welfare.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve results for homeowners and guests.
• Travel regularly to properties within a 50-mile radius of Newquay.
• Experience in account management.
• Strong capability to understand, analyze, and interpret data.
• Results-oriented approach aimed at achieving and surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with experience managing a diverse customer base.
• Confident IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Solid knowledge of properties and a strong regional understanding of Newquay and North Cornwall.
• Proactive in problem-solving, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while effectively adhering to processes and procedures.
• Full driving license and access to appropriate transport for regular regional travel.
• Flexibility to work a limited number of scheduled weekends.
• Desirable: experience in holiday letting, hospitality, or real estate.
• Desirable: familiarity with the holiday property sector.
• Desirable: experience in photography, styling, or interior design.
• Desirable: knowledge of the local tourism market and significant destinations across North Cornwall.
