Homemoves and Retentions Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming calls from current UW customers who are relocating and deciding whether to terminate accounts or transfer services.

• Address requests from landlords to close UW accounts due to new tenants or sold properties.

• Support new occupants moving into properties supplied by UW.

• Manage requests from existing customers to cancel services or close their accounts.

• Meet key performance indicators for call handling.

• Reach sales goals, including conversion rates for New Occupier Move Ins and Retention.

• Complete pending tasks and follow-up calls.

• Participate in training and skill enhancement sessions.

• Engage in team meetings.

• Ability to meet call-handling KPIs, including a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence.

• Flexibility to work 38.5 hours from Monday to Saturday, including approximately 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Saturdays.
