This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships throughout the entire lending process.

• Establish rapport and deliver expert guidance to clients.

• Assist customers in attaining positive outcomes.

• Utilize a contemporary interaction platform for digital chats and outbound customer communications.

• Employ a modern lending platform for conducting financial evaluations, approvals, and settlements.

• Collaborate with the support of a Team Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage lending or credit assessment.

• Competent lender with a strong skill set.

• Capability to develop customer rapport and offer expert advice via email, chat, and phone.

• Enjoys working independently while being part of a motivated team.

• Willingness to be scheduled for some weekends and public holidays.

• A quiet and comfortable home workspace equipped with high-speed internet.
