This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in navigating intricate lending situations, such as first-home acquisitions, investment financing, and construction loans.

• Provide customized home lending solutions along with proactive financial advice.

• Propel new lending expansion.

• Retain esteemed customers.

• Oversee a robust pipeline of opportunities via virtual channels.

• Counsel customers on property market trends, regulatory standards, and Westpac lending offerings.

• Uphold transparency and ethical decision-making practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in residential home lending.

• Possession of a Level 5 Residential Lending Qualification.

• Demonstrated proficiency in complex lending frameworks, including Trusts, Look Through Companies, and Small Business finances.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction, shared equity, investment, property development, and prebuilt lending.

• High level of financial literacy, sound judgement, and commercial awareness.

• Technologically adept mindset.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to compliance.

• CV and Cover Letter are mandatory for application.
