Home Health RN Clinical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee all clinical personnel working with clients who have high medical needs and/or those receiving prolonged non-licensed support services.

• Facilitate staff orientation and ensure competency as a Preceptor, or make certain that RN Case Manager/Preceptor resources are available.

• Ensure that services are provided in accordance with licensing regulations, professional medical standards, and agency policies and procedures.

• Plan, develop, and manage the agency's clinical programs, services, activities, and staff.

• Assist in monitoring agency growth pertaining to home care.

• Act as the clinical expert and support the operational and financial management of the agency.

• Investigate and take necessary actions regarding client/consumer complaints.

• Engage in the recruitment, hiring, and assessment of training requirements for clinical staff.

• Regularly evaluate programs and services to uncover areas for enhancement.

• Conduct routine client home visits to ensure care quality and perform additional home visits as necessary.

• Guarantee client adherence to federal/state regulations through the implementation of policies and procedures for staff.

• Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and carry out annual employee evaluations.

• Oversee case management to ensure the financial viability of services.

• Manage caseloads as required for client coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant managerial experience in Home Health and OASIS is essential.

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice is required.

• Must obtain and maintain active CPR certification as per agency policy.

• An Associate's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice) is preferred.

• Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing and a fundamental understanding of OASIS is preferred.
