This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the client intake process for new home care clients.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, inquiries, and referrals from clients, families, and referral sources.
• Collect and accurately record essential client information.
• Arrange appointments and follow up with patients and referral sources as necessary.
• Collaborate with caregivers and internal teams to ensure quality care and a seamless transition to services.
• Keep precise and organized records of client intake.
• Follow up on any outstanding information or documentation.
• Ensure that intake procedures are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Handle client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in home care intake is essential.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is required.
• Strong understanding of the home care intake process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Keen attention to detail and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
• Ability to swiftly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
• Capability to adhere to established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
