Home and Auto Insurance Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities

• Oversee and nurture relationships with current clients

• Offer risk management solutions that are customized for clients of all sizes

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through active prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives

• Deliver tailored insurance solutions, which may include homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters

• Forge and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients

• Serve as a trusted advisor for the insurance needs of clients and their families

• Keep clients updated on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations

• Create and present regular reports on sales performance and account activities

• Collaborate with a successful sales team, supported by a dedicated service team

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Property and Casualty License

• Background in personal lines insurance sales

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a team-oriented environment

• Proficient in prioritizing risks and managing multiple workflows simultaneously

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities

• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills

• Comprehensive understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage

• Developing familiarity with personal insurance markets for placing new business and understanding the supplemental insurance landscape

• Robust sales capabilities

• Experience with AMS 360 software
