High Volume Retail Banking Construction Project Manager – HVAC, Roofing, Parking Lots

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account

• Oversee all facets of real estate project management, encompassing planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop scope of work, resource needs, cost assessments, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality control, and risk identification

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process

• Manage requests for proposals, conduct bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients

• Enforce project documentation governance in alignment with company and client standards

• Maintain project data integrity and ensure precise, timely, and coordinated documentation

• Lead project delivery teams and offer guidance to achieve objectives

• Develop action plans to fulfill targets, budgets, and timelines

• Monitor project advancement and communicate status and variances

• Recognize project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies

• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks

• Utilize standard principles and techniques for complex tasks and create innovative solutions

• Mentor others and disseminate knowledge across related job functions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a construction-related discipline is preferred

• Excellent organizational and management capabilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team

• Strong presentation skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities
