High School Science Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee instructional programs for High School Science in a virtual setting

• Ensure timely completion of grading and progress reports

• Facilitate the instructional program through both synchronous and asynchronous sessions

• Evaluate the curriculum and create alternative teaching strategies

• Maintain regular communication with parents, students, and fellow educators

• Create Personal Learning Plans and establish schedules

• Keep student records and data consistently updated

• Collaborate with other teachers to create enrichment activities

• Engage in the organization of State Testing

• Participate in field trips and other community events

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be highly qualified and certified to teach High School Science in Indiana

• Proficient in technology, particularly with Microsoft OS, MS Office applications, and Google Suite

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

• Customer-oriented mindset

• High level of adaptability

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong team player history

• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events (may include some overnight travel)

• Availability to work some evening hours as necessary to assist families

• Capable of using a personal electronic device and email for 2-step authentication
