High School Math Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct individualized online math tutoring sessions for high school students throughout North America, covering Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and relevant SAT Math subjects in accordance with the CCSS framework.

• Develop and tailor lesson materials to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Offer prompt feedback and focused support to enhance student comprehension and foster ongoing progress.

• Assist with project assessments and contribute to the continual development of the curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with majors in Math, Education, or relevant disciplines.

• Previous teaching experience in Math at the middle or high school level is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry curricula.

• Must be available to work on weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
