High School Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Participate on a small advisory council dedicated to the development of short-form virtual reality immersive learning experiences.

• Share your expertise in crafting engaging, standards-compliant project-based learning experiences.

• Provide guidance on how immersive technology can enhance classroom instruction across various subjects.

• Offer constructive feedback on interdisciplinary learning opportunities and effective classroom implementation.

• Review educational experiences, product concepts, and curricular materials asynchronously between advisory meetings.

• Engage in 3–4 virtual advisory meetings each semester.

• Work collaboratively with curriculum developers and creative teams to refine educational products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level.

• Knowledge of project-based learning, inquiry-based instruction, and other student-centered teaching methodologies.

• Strong familiarity with national academic standards.

• Innovative thinking regarding the integration of immersive experiences into classroom teaching.

• Capacity to provide insightful feedback on interdisciplinary learning opportunities and effective classroom execution.

• Enjoy collaboration with curriculum developers and creative teams.

• A commitment of approximately 10 hours per semester.

• Availability for 3–4 virtual advisory meetings each semester.

• Ability to complete asynchronous reviews between meetings.
