This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage B2B customer relationships within extensive and intricate healthcare delivery networks.
• Act as the main point of contact for significant clients, engaging both clinical and non-clinical C/D-level stakeholders.
• Comprehend customer requirements and provide tailored value propositions.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets in the designated Central Pennsylvania region.
• Formulate, implement, and execute comprehensive territory business plans for key accounts.
• Supply scientific and clinical information pertaining to hepatology disease states and approved products.
• Present clinical brand sales information to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Cultivate relationships with IDNs, academic institutions, and pivotal healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify and connect with key influencers while fulfilling customer interaction expectations.
• Strategize activities to meet call metrics and enhance customer coverage and frequency.
• Grasp healthcare delivery systems, physician hierarchies, pharmacy staff, and clinical nursing personnel.
• Acquire knowledge about products and competitors while monitoring local and regional market dynamics.
• Assess trends, set objectives, and develop business plans for product launches.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to exchange best practices and strategies.
• Provide insights on marketing tactics and evaluate sales activities and territory performance.
• Create territory plans in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Oversee the territory budget for sales and marketing efforts.
• Complete administrative responsibilities and implement brand strategy within the assigned geographic region.
• Engage in training and development initiatives.
• Adhere to corporate and industry policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• At least 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience for Account Manager 6, or a minimum of 3 years for Account Manager 7.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, which may include overnight stays.
• Capability to lift and/or transport up to 35 pounds.
• Proven track record of success in product launch sales is preferred.
• Experience in hepatology is preferred.
• Documented history of meeting sales targets and objectives.
• Proficiency in account selling and managing intricate sales processes.
• In-depth understanding of the Health Systems business model, organizational frameworks, stakeholder roles, and decision-making protocols.
• Experience engaging C/D-level stakeholders within large and complex healthcare delivery networks.
• Familiarity with lateral leadership in a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to formulate actionable business plans.
• Proven ability to comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Outstanding presentation and selling capabilities, along with strong business insight.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is preferred.
