This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in generating evidence across the HEOR portfolio.

• Participate in comparative effectiveness and pharmacoepidemiologic studies, systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses, as well as cost-effectiveness or budget impact modeling.

• Design and implement observational studies.

• Aid in quantitative evidence synthesis.

• Contribute to the development or evaluation of decision-analytic models utilized in HTA and payer submissions.

• Offer strategic insights and leadership regarding health outcomes evidence requirements for Lilly’s portfolio.

• Create and articulate product value propositions, strategies for patient-reported outcomes, real-world evidence generation, and differentiation approaches.

• Propel the integration of HEOR from early clinical development through to commercialization.

• Formulate and supervise the health outcomes research strategy for compounds in pertinent therapeutic areas.

• Act as a strategic partner on lead/core teams throughout the development and/or commercialization phases.

• Develop and implement patient-focused outcome, real-world evidence, and/or economic value strategies.

• Utilize technical expertise in statistical analysis, economic modeling, clinical trials, patient-focused outcomes, observational/epidemiologic research, and health technology or value assessment.

• Leverage disease state knowledge and research methodologies to address initiatives related to registration, pricing, reimbursement, and access.

• Lead the planning and implementation of health outcomes evidence with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Convey health outcomes information to internal partners, the scientific community, and customers.

• Spearhead research dissemination through abstracts, posters, presentations, promotional materials, and manuscripts.

• Ensure that health outcomes projects adhere to timelines, budget, and scope.

• Stay informed about advancements in disease states, health outcomes methodologies, and market demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 3-5 years of experience in developing, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects, OR PharmD/MS degree with 3-5 years of similar experience.

• Strong comprehension and communication abilities, including the capacity to clearly and concisely translate and disseminate complex scientific information.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams.

• Understanding of healthcare systems in at least one region: US, Europe, or Asia.

• Knowledge of and experience with healthcare delivery models and clinical research.

• Technical and analytical skills in one or more areas: economic modeling, economic evaluation, cost-effectiveness evaluation, patient-focused outcomes, real-world evidence, burden of disease, epidemiology, statistics, or healthcare policy.

• Demonstrated ability to drive research agendas to completion and disseminate findings.

• Ability to think and act with a global perspective, customer focus, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Preference for candidates based in Indianapolis; remote work may be considered.

• Domestic and international travel may be required.
