This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies for territory and specialty areas focusing on Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Manage intricate sales cycles that encompass executive discovery, stakeholder mapping, business-case development, competitive positioning, contract strategies, negotiation assistance, closing plans, and alignment for implementation.
• Foster executive sponsorship and establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across the C-suite, laboratory, clinical, procurement, operations, IT, finance, and health systems.
• Develop integrated value propositions for automation and informatics that align with Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Coordinate team-selling efforts across various departments including Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Applications, Informatics, Service, Finance, Contracting, and implementation teams.
• Oversee commercial operations for a senior territory portfolio, which includes funnel management, risk assessment for opportunities, forecast accuracy, CRM governance, strategic account planning, business reviews, and addressing growth challenges.
• Act as the regional expert on Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Shape strategic initiatives, assist in launch readiness, enhance competitive intelligence, and direct growth priorities for the specialty portfolio.
• Measure customer impact in terms of operational efficiency, labor utilization, standardization, analyzer productivity, assay consolidation, cost-to-serve, revenue opportunities, risk mitigation, and total ownership value.
• Create executive-level growth strategies for key accounts to increase market share, safeguard business, develop referenceable clients, enhance loyalty, and achieve quantifiable commercial, operational, and clinical results.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, hospital sales, healthcare systems, specialty diagnostics, strategic accounts, or corporate account management is preferred.
• Proven success in leading enterprise-level sales initiatives across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, academic medical centers, and corporate accounts.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in executive, operational, clinical, IT, laboratory, finance, and procurement roles.
• Extensive commercial knowledge in capital equipment, automation, informatics, reagents, consumables, and connected diagnostic solutions.
• Direct experience in Hemostasis (Coagulation) is highly preferred; experience in hematology, plasma protein, or broader laboratory diagnostics is valued.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is necessary.
• Experience with Miller Heiman is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% is required.
• Capacity to lead without direct authority and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex, matrixed commercial efforts.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, consultative selling, and business-value articulation skills.
• A track record of surpassing growth targets, increasing market share, displacing competitors, and nurturing sustainable customer relationships.
• Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must reside within the designated territory and comply with travel obligations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Must not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless legally exempt.
• Must fulfill applicable client vendor credentialing requirements, which may involve valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
