Hematology Therapeutic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass sales objectives by promoting ADC Therapeutics' hematology therapeutic products within the designated territory.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of accounts and customer perceptions regarding ZYNLONTA®.

• Engage with medical centers, academic institutions, satellite offices, hospital systems, IDNs, cancer centers, oncology practices, medical oncologists, hematologists, nurses, and associations.

• Acquire expertise on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA® and effectively communicate its value proposition to key stakeholders.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients on ZYNLONTA® using a patient-centric approach.

• Develop and implement territory management and account strategies utilizing market data and insights.

• Supply healthcare providers with precise product information in accordance with relevant laws and company policies.

• Engage in training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, indications, treatment guidelines, market conditions, competitive activities, patient access, and promotional trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members.

• Utilize and implement approved sales, marketing, and educational materials.

• Fulfill administrative and training tasks promptly and in compliance with regulations.

• Report adverse events following company policy.

• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Over 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device sector is preferred.

• Preferred experience in Oncology/Hematology.

• Experience with buy and bill products is preferred.

• Established relationships and rapport with customers in the geographic area is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Capability to comply with credentialing requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel as required, including weekend travel for congresses.

• Average travel expectation of 4 days per week within the assigned territory.
