Hematology Therapeutic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Meet or surpass sales targets by advocating for ADC Therapeutics hematology therapeutic products within the designated territory.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of accounts and customer perceptions regarding ZYNLONTA®.

• Engage with medical centers, academic institutions, satellite offices, hospital systems, IDNs, cancer centers, oncology practices, medical oncologists, hematologists, nurses, and associations.

• Become knowledgeable about ZYNLONTA®'s clinical profile and effectively communicate its value proposition to key stakeholders.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients about ZYNLONTA® through a patient-centric approach.

• Develop and implement territory management and account strategies utilizing market data and insights.

• Provide healthcare professionals with accurate product information while adhering to relevant laws and company policies.

• Engage in training and keep up-to-date with market knowledge concerning products, indications, treatment guidelines, market conditions, competition, patient access, and promotional trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members.

• Execute approved sales and marketing initiatives and utilize available resources.

• Fulfill administrative and training responsibilities promptly and in compliance with regulations.

• Report adverse events in accordance with company policy.

• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• Over 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry is preferred.

• Experience in Oncology/Hematology is preferred.

• Familiarity with buy and bill products is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

• Driven by a patient-centered focus and demonstrates a sense of urgency.

• Established relationships and rapport with customers in the geographic area are preferred.

• Proven capability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong skills in verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Ability to meet credentialing requirements.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Willingness to travel approximately 4 days a week within the territory.

• Flexibility to travel as required, including weekends for congresses.
