Healthcare Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, databases, social media, and various other sourcing channels.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for both active and upcoming healthcare roles.

• Conduct focused searches for specialized, niche, and challenging-to-fill healthcare positions.

• Execute initial candidate screenings to verify relevant experience, qualifications, location, availability, and other fundamental role requirements.

• Engage in candidate outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other suitable communication methods.

• Evaluate candidate profiles and resumes against job specifications prior to endorsement.

• Keep accurate and updated candidate information, sourcing activities, and pipeline status in the ATS or recruitment tracker.

• Follow up with potential candidates and sustain engagement throughout the sourcing phase.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to fully understand role requirements, sourcing priorities, and candidate profiles.

• Monitor sourcing activities and results, including outreach, responses, qualified candidates, and endorsements.

• Recognize sourcing challenges and propose alternative strategies for roles with limited candidate pools.

• Organize and maintain talent pools for future healthcare hiring requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in healthcare sourcing or recruitment.

• Experience in sourcing clinical and/or non-clinical healthcare professionals.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other candidate sourcing tools.

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and candidate research skills.

• Ability to comprehend job specifications and identify candidates who fulfill the necessary qualifications.

• Experience sourcing for niche or hard-to-fill positions is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple roles and sourcing priorities simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with consistent candidate tracking and documentation abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote, fast-paced recruitment setting.
