This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve the annual sales and revenue Operating Plan objectives for your designated territory.
• Retain and expand the service business within the territory while establishing connections with new accounts.
• Utilize the complete service portfolio, which includes multivendor solutions, technological innovations, advanced services, and equipment refresh initiatives.
• Contribute to the pricing strategy for deals and ensure adherence to pricing guidelines.
• Oversee the installed base and promote lifecycle management.
• Build, leverage, and nurture long-term relationships with customers, including C-level executives and Senior VPs.
• Identify and seize opportunities that meet customer requirements.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor information, and effective counterstrategies.
• Present and elucidate technology and clinical advantages pertinent to customers.
• Differentiate the assigned product offerings throughout the sales cycle by utilizing GE resources and approved marketing materials.
• Maintain comprehensive, current knowledge of customer products and services.
• Seek new customers and business while also growing and sustaining the existing customer base.
• Collaborate with equipment and sales leadership to secure business for GE HealthCare.
• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience; OR completion of GE HealthCare broader leadership programs.
• Must reside in or be willing to travel within the Northern California/Bay Area territory, or be open to relocation.
• Required to travel 40–50% of the time or more, typically 2–3 days per week, including overnight stays when necessary, using various modes of transportation.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise messages.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proven presentation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Capacity to energize, develop, and establish rapport at all organizational levels and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to balance customer-facing tasks with administrative duties, delegate responsibilities, and hold team members accountable.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if required.
