Healthcare Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound communications via calls, emails, and virtual meetings as directed by clients with specific targets.

• Provide education on disease states and generate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate the clinical advantages and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office personnel.

• Foster trust and enhance customer relationships through professional virtual engagement.

• Assess and track local market dynamics and customer insights.

• Assist in lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate efficiently with field counterparts.

• Perform patient identification within a virtual healthcare setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation is necessary.

• Proven track record of success in a lead-generation role.

• Preferred experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).

• Strong preference for candidates with virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve business results and meet or exceed lead-generation goals.

• High proficiency in CRM systems.

• Self-driven with a strong focus on performance.

• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
