Healthcare Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual communications directed by clients with assigned targets.

• Provide education on disease states and generate qualified leads.

• Effectively communicate clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office personnel.

• Enhance product knowledge and awareness.

• Foster trust and strengthen customer relationships through professional virtual engagement.

• Identify and observe local market conditions and gather customer insights.

• Assist with lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate efficiently with field counterparts.

• Connect with physicians, other healthcare providers, and key clinic staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales or lead generation.

• Proven track record of success in a lead-generation setting.

• Experience in conducting virtual educational sessions with healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Strong preference for virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business results and meet or exceed lead-generation metrics.

• Proficient in CRM systems.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on performance.

• Effective in prioritization and planning.

• Must adhere to compliance guidelines.
