This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients

• Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications

• Employ online tools to address inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction

• Conduct outbound calls to Medicare-eligible customers interested in plan options from qualified leads

• Aid customers in connecting with a licensed sales agent in their region

• Utilize the call script to ask necessary questions

• Apply rebuttals to address caller objections

• Clarify the advantages of plan options during open enrollment periods

• Achieve transfer targets

• Properly document each call outcome

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Capability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Proficient in using desktop computer systems

• Basic understanding of Windows-based systems

• Designated workspace near a router for a hardwired Ethernet connection

• Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with an ISP latency under 50ms

• Internet connection must not be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN

• Proof of internet speed is mandatory

• Availability on weekends is required

• Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Background in customer service and/or sales is advantageous

• A college degree is a plus but not essential

• Strong skills in communication, listening, analytical thinking, organization, problem-solving, and critical thinking

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and support departments

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure

• Willingness to adhere to a structured schedule with varying shifts
