This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee small to medium-sized projects, which include gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and developing solutions.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau or Power BI to track arbitration and operational performance.
• Design and sustain SQL-based datasets, queries, and data models for reporting and analytical purposes.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover root causes, identify trends, and discover opportunities for process enhancement.
• Collaborate with Data, Strategy, Payor Analytics, and IT teams to ensure accuracy of data and alignment on insights.
• Assist in the design and implementation of automation tools and workflows using Python, VBA, Alteryx, or robotic process automation platforms.
• Aid in the development of business cases through quantitative analysis, process mapping, and forecasting models.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to business partners and director-level leadership.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user materials for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
• Mentor and review the work of junior analysts as needed.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and arbitration workflows.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and documentation of business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and/or education is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst is required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and with project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
