This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals.

• Evaluate applications and resumes received.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Engage in candidate outreach and follow-up activities.

• Conduct pre-screening of candidates based on job specifications.

• Keep candidate data and recruitment activities updated in the recruitment systems.

• Connect qualified healthcare professionals with suitable job opportunities.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of healthcare candidates.

• Consistently follow up with candidates and potential opportunities.

• Professional demeanor and reliability.

• Comfortable using phone, email, text, and various online platforms for communication.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Willingness to learn about recruiting systems and processes.

• Persistent and proactive in following up.

• Interest in healthcare, recruitment, sales, or business development fields.

• Commitment to consistently sourcing and following up with candidates.

• Prior experience in healthcare recruiting is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Candidates without healthcare recruiting experience may be considered and will receive training and onboarding information.
