This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit travel nurses, home health nurses, and allied healthcare professionals via job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networking opportunities.

• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess clinical experience, credentials, availability, and preferences for assignments.

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation packages, and finalizing placements.

• Pair clinicians with available assignments based on their specialty, location, salary expectations, and client requirements.

• Assist candidates throughout the onboarding, credentialing, and compliance processes.

• Ensure that licenses, certifications, and medical records remain current.

• Collaborate with credentialing, sales, and operations teams to address urgent staffing demands.

• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified clinicians.

• Keep precise documentation in ATS/CRM and comply with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and Medicaid/Medicare considerations as needed.

• Maintain communication with clinicians before, during, and after their assignments to offer support and enhance retention.

• Meet or surpass recruiting KPIs, placement targets, revenue, and gross profit goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to traveling clinicians and client partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally within a healthcare staffing agency.

• Proven success in placing travel nurses, home health clinicians, or contract healthcare professionals.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing requirements, and compliance procedures.

• Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, VMS platforms, and direct sourcing techniques.

• Capability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Ability to work while seated or standing for prolonged periods.

• Schedule flexibility may be necessary to support clinicians across different time zones.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in staffing).
