• Establish connections with qualified healthcare professionals who are interested in temporary hospital assignments.

• Effectively communicate information regarding travel healthcare assignment opportunities.

• Identify, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term positions.

• Share details about hospital assignments, including location, compensation, and benefits with both potential and existing clients.

• Inform candidates about the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a career in travel healthcare.

• Foster enduring relationships with healthcare professionals by delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after each assignment.

• Increase the number of healthcare professionals on assignments and under management by achieving and surpassing monthly recruitment targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in sales, account management, client service, staffing, or a metrics-driven role.

• A college degree is preferred, ideally in business, sales, communication, hospitality, or a related field.

• Results-oriented, competitive, confident, and driven individual.
