This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Review calls, interactions, and transactions for designated teammates.
• Perform teammate assessments, root cause analysis for CSAT/NPS, resolution rate, and AHT, along with policy compliance audits.
• Mentor teammates to enhance campaign-specific performance.
• Report on performance metrics for a defined span on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Offer audit-based insights for briefings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with team leaders during team meetings aimed at improving metrics.
• Engage in strategic initiatives for the campaign or line of business.
• Identify and escalate potential quality concerns as per established procedures.
• Detect defects and confirm corrections.
• Recommend process and system enhancements based on prevalent customer issues.
• Lead quality initiatives, competitions, and campaigns for the assigned span.
• Stay updated on knowledge and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the campaign/line of business.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• At least 1 year of experience as a quality analyst.
• Proficient in basic Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of fundamental quality tools, such as cause and effect diagrams, histograms, correlation analysis, etc.
• Experience in the Healthcare sector.
• Ability to work from home with reliable internet access and a private workspace.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Capable of providing constructive feedback assertively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong logical reasoning abilities.
• Competence in managing conflicts effectively.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Initiative and sound judgment.
