This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit physicians and healthcare professionals across the nation

• Oversee the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to their placement

• Develop your own talent pipeline and enhance your earning potential

• Recruit for active positions including physicians, APPs, travel nurses, and medical sales roles

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in healthcare recruiting (physicians preferred)

• Proficient in sourcing candidates and utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment

• Self-driven and adept at working autonomously

• Must be based in the U.S.

• 1099 Independent Contractor status

• Commission-based compensation only
