This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Review incoming communications from various systems, identify urgent matters, and maintain organized task lists.
• Independently prioritize tasks related to patients, providers, pharmacies, insurance, billing, and operations.
• Accurately complete assigned tasks on time without the need for repeated reminders.
• Monitor communications across platforms and respond or escalate issues as necessary.
• Contact pharmacies post-patient visits to confirm medication readiness.
• Collaborate with pharmacies, patients, medical offices, and insurance companies.
• Assist with patient communications and scheduling appointments.
• Compose clear and professional communications for patients, pharmacies, and practice-related matters.
• Manage tasks related to insurance verification and prior authorization.
• Aid in deductible collection, payment tracking, and administrative workflows related to revenue.
• Coordinate with insurance companies concerning coverage, authorizations, and billing issues.
• Track billing and payment-related tasks to ensure accurate follow-through.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient practice operations.
• Identify errors, missing information, workflow gaps, or unresolved tasks.
• Promote practice growth by recognizing suitable opportunities for high-ticket services while maintaining a professional, patient-centered approach.
• Utilize Elation Health, email, phone, messaging systems, and other practice operation tools.
• Experience in Healthcare Operations: Required.
• Experience in Message Management & Task Prioritization: Required.
• Experience in Pharmacy Coordination: Required.
• Experience in Insurance Verification & Prior Authorization: Required.
• Experience in Billing, Payment Tracking & Deductible Collection: Required.
• Experience with EHR / EMR: Required; experience with Elation Health is preferred.
• Must have clear and professional spoken and written English skills.
• Relevant work experience is a must.
• Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding (mandatory).
• Availability to attend video meetings with the camera on, as required.
• Mature, professional, accountable, and receptive to direct feedback.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent judgment skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage pressure, competing priorities, and high-stakes healthcare tasks.
• Confident and professional in communication with patients, pharmacies, insurance companies, and medical offices.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
• Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) is necessary.
• Noise-canceling headset is required.
• Working webcam for virtual meetings is essential.
