This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete recruiting lifecycle for a designated set of Epic-focused job openings, covering everything from intake and sourcing to offer acceptance and hiring.
• Create targeted sourcing plans and maintain a pipeline of Epic and healthcare IT professionals.
• Identify and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, referrals, networking, and various other recruiting methods.
• Perform recruiter screenings to evaluate Epic/healthcare IT experience, project history, consulting suitability, availability, compensation expectations, and alignment with requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Line Leaders, Client Relationship Executives, Staffing, and other business leaders to grasp hiring demands and priorities.
• Oversee the candidate experience, which includes communication, interview preparation, feedback, expectations, and offer negotiation.
• Keep precise records of candidates, requisitions, and hiring activities in Workday and Bullhorn.
• Manage multiple active requisitions and pipelines while ensuring responsiveness, speed, quality, and a personalized candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting activities and metrics such as pipeline health, candidate quality, submission speed, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.
• Establish long-lasting relationships with healthcare IT talent to address both immediate and future hiring needs.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience is required.
• Experience in healthcare IT, healthcare consulting, technology consulting, or a similar specialized talent market is preferable.
• Proven experience in recruiting Epic professionals is essential.
• Knowledge of Epic applications, certifications, implementation/optimization roles, and Epic consulting talent is beneficial.
• Epic Payer recruiting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to independently source, screen, manage, and finalize candidates throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT as well as technical, functional, project leadership, and consulting talent is necessary.
• Capability to distinguish between Epic applications, certifications, project roles, implementation experience, and related healthcare technology skill sets.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement abilities, especially with passive and niche talent.
• Competence to handle multiple searches in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills are required.
• Comfort in discussing compensation, availability, project expectations, travel, and other employment considerations.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and sourcing platforms; familiarity with Workday, Bullhorn, and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
• A commitment to accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience is essential.
