This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Collaborate with designated HCI Leads to develop and uphold integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets across multiple HCIs.
β’ Convert HCI strategy into organized workplans while monitoring deliverables, dependencies, risks, opportunities, and issues.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with external partners throughout project initiation and conclusion phases.
β’ Facilitate logistics that span across Medical Affairs, E&C, Legal, and external collaborators.
β’ Assist with information requests, work orders, scope adjustments, payments, budget monitoring, and milestone tracking.
β’ Supervise expenditures against the plan, highlight discrepancies, and pinpoint compliance issues concerning funding regulations.
β’ Gather, arrange, and verify data and materials for HCI evaluation and reporting purposes.
β’ Create and consolidate materials for external meetings, internal leadership discussions, Steering Committees, and governance forums.
β’ Document decisions and action items, ensuring follow-through.
β’ Aid in the maintenance of HCI technology and ecosystem tools, including trackers, dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
β’ Conduct landscape analyses of new disease states, HCI focus areas, and methodologies.
β’ Recognize opportunities to standardize or optimize recurring operational processes across the HCI portfolio.
β’ Execute additional operational tasks as necessary based on portfolio requirements and HCI Lead requests.
β’ A bachelor's degree.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
β’ Direct experience or significant exposure to healthcare, healthcare systems, or health-related programs, including engagement with health systems, payers, provider organizations, public health, medical societies, or pharma/biotech.
β’ Proven capability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams concurrently with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
β’ Familiarity with quality improvement, performance improvement, or implementation-improvement science methodologies, including knowledge of IHI models, PDSA cycles, or similar frameworks.
β’ Ability to influence with tact and diplomacy.
β’ Significant experience with Claude and/or Co-pilot.
β’ Background in managing public-private partnerships.
β’ Experience in managing relationships and work plans with external partners.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
