Healthcare Compliance Clerk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Venezuela.

📋 Description

• Review daily EVV dashboards to identify exceptions, missed punches, and GPS alerts that fall outside acceptable ranges.

• Reach out to caregivers and field personnel to rectify any missed data points and document justifiable reason codes.

• Cross-check EVV system logs against caregiver timesheets to guarantee accurate data alignment prior to payroll and billing processing.

• Maintain organized, timestamped compliance records for state or Medicaid audits.

• Ensure that processes and services adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Manage process documentation, conduct data analysis for quality assurance, and address any issues that arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced or professional proficiency in English.

• Experience in healthcare compliance or homecare EVV.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA regulations.

• Proficient in EVV tools, billing software, statistical analysis, and reporting applications.

• Knowledge of WellSky (ClearCare) is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Professional demeanor and adherence to ethical standards.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to anticipate and manage potential scheduling conflicts proactively.

• Competence in identifying, establishing, and prioritizing tasks.

• Ability to follow directives or specific instructions accurately.

• Commitment to follow through and complete assigned tasks.

• Proficient in Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel, Hubstaff, WhatsApp, WellSky (ClearCare), Smartsheet, and Zoom.

• Must have a personal computer with internet access to perform job responsibilities.

• U.S. citizenship or a U.S. work permit will be inquired about during the application eligibility process.

• Availability to provide a 1.5–2 minute voice note in English.
