Bilingual Client Experience Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more locations.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls for clients' businesses from a remote location.

• Gather leads, process orders, arrange appointments, and communicate messages to clients.

• Manage standard answering services, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment scheduling, and legal intake calls.

• Complete compensated training followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development involving live calls and continuous support.

• Uphold call quality, accuracy, readiness percentage, and after-call work-time performance standards.

• Select weekly shifts based on performance tier.

• Maintain reliability under a points-based attendance system.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is exclusively available to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Exhibit a warm, positive tone and a sincere passion for assisting others.

• Be a good listener who remains calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.

• Must be dependable and punctual for each scheduled shift.

• Strong computer proficiency is essential.

• Typing speed should be a minimum of 30 WPM.

• Demonstrate a growth mindset with a willingness to learn new call types and tools.

• Computer and internet connection must comply with system and internet requirements prior to starting.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including at least 8 hours every Friday and Saturday during the initial 8–12 weeks post-training.

• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time.

• Must successfully pass a background check upon receiving a conditional offer.
