Healthcare Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current business processes to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Collect requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis; document existing and future workflows.

• Develop process maps and documentation, including SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process modifications and facilitate successful implementation.

• Suggest and execute process improvements to boost productivity, lower costs, and enhance quality.

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform data-driven improvement recommendations.

• Aid in change management by relaying updates, addressing concerns, and conducting training.

• Set and track KPIs to evaluate process efficiency and monitor ongoing performance.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and remain updated on industry best practices.

• May lead, instruct, and mentor team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold the necessary level of certifications for this role as mandated by the contract.

• Bachelor's degree and at least seven (7+) years of pertinent experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and gaps.

• Skilled in gathering requirements via interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

• Experience in documenting current and future workflows, process maps, SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.

• Familiarity with performing data analysis and establishing and monitoring KPIs.

• Capable of supporting change management, communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating training.

• Ability to work in an office setting and meet the specified physical demands.

• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
