This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and oversee a vibrant, multi-disciplinary team of Health & Wellbeing Coaches.
• Promote and manage programs through strategic planning, coordination, and performance monitoring, focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure the effective implementation of health interventions for the One You Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster contract.
• Guarantee that services meet or surpass commissioner performance expectations, established budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local commissioning bodies, referral organizations, and complementary services.
• Actively pursue opportunities to expand the Reed Wellbeing business.
• Manage local supply chain partners while upholding contractual performance and service quality.
• Foster continuous improvement at both team and organizational levels.
• Serve as the Designated Safeguarding Person and take the lead on safeguarding matters.
• Offer safeguarding advice and support to Co-Members and collaborate with other agencies.
• Travel throughout the Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster boroughs as necessary, up to once a week.
• Comprehensive experience in team management across multiple offices within the Welfare to Work/Wellbeing Sector.
• Proven track record in successfully managing a remote delivery team.
• Experience and knowledge in designing and implementing complex operational processes across various teams.
• A degree or relevant qualification, potentially in psychology, sociology, social care/science.
• Familiarity with publicly funded contracts or OFSTED standards (where applicable).
• Strong administrative capabilities.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.
• Basic numeracy and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Excellent written communication and record-keeping abilities.
• Genuine interest in people and a desire to learn.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience working on programs aimed at supporting disadvantaged groups in society.
• Background in delivering foundation or vocational learning programs.
• Ability to leverage technology to achieve results.
• Knowledge of the welfare and benefits system.
• Interest in career development and personal growth.
• Fluency in community languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Somali, Vietnamese, Dari, Yoruba, Turkish, French, Spanish, Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Farsi, Gujarati, Polish, Serbian, and Greek, depending on the program.
