This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform national and programmatic evaluations for DDT and THEEB.

• Create evaluation strategies and logic models.

• Establish evaluation inquiries and metrics.

• Utilize quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods techniques to assess implementation processes and program results.

• Plan and execute implementation research.

• Evaluate fidelity, reach, modifications, barriers, facilitators, and contextual elements.

• Offer technical support and consultation to CDC personnel, recipients, and collaborators.

• Gather, analyze, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative program information.

• Coordinate internal and external partner meetings.

• Provide support and training on evaluation methodologies, concepts, tools, and strategies.

• Utilize and manage CDC administrative systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining the necessary customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.

• Master's degree in public health, health science, epidemiology, evaluation, social science, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of pertinent professional experience in public health evaluation, health science, implementation research, program evaluation, or a comparable field.

• Experience in conducting national assessments of program inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes.

• Experience in crafting evaluation plans, evaluation inquiries, metrics, and logic models.

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting quantitative and qualitative program data.

• Experience in designing and conducting implementation research, including the evaluation of fidelity, adaptations, reach, barriers, facilitators, and contextual factors.

• Experience in facilitating internal and external partner meetings and providing assistance, training, technical support, or consultation on evaluation methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with the regulations, procedures, and principles governing intramural and extramural program development, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Capability to utilize and manage CDC administrative systems, including Human Subjects, OMB, IRB, and E-Clearance.

• Prior experience with government procedures and guidelines.

• Ability to successfully complete any government-required background investigation or security clearance, if applicable to the task order.
