Health Coach Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a team of Board Certified Health Coaches through consistent one-on-one meetings, quality assurance reviews, and performance evaluation.

• Create and implement onboarding processes, ongoing education, workshops, and learning opportunities that enhance coaching standards.

• Establish standard operating procedures, coaching frameworks, quality assurance rubrics, and best practices to ensure a uniform and scalable member experience.

• Evaluate coaching performance and member results to spot trends and promote ongoing enhancement.

• Spearhead operational projects aimed at boosting coaching quality, efficiency, and member outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Analytics, and Operations teams to refine the Health Coaching service offerings and coaching tools.

• Guide fellow leaders and play a role in expanding coaching operations throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC).

• At least 5 years of experience in health coaching.

• Minimum of 3 years in managing and developing Board Certified Health Coaches or other clinical coaching teams.

• Proven experience in designing educational programs, facilitating workshops, or developing continuing education curricula.

• Established capability to create standard operating procedures, quality assurance frameworks, and scalable coaching systems.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis with the ability to convert insights into operational advancements.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience working collaboratively with Product and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
