Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of members from onboarding through the 90-day milestones and beyond.

• Conduct virtual kickoff and check-in sessions.

• Provide asynchronous support to members through warm, timely, and clear communication.

• Leverage AI tools and member data to develop personalized plans that encompass fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.

• Utilize motivational interviewing and reflective listening techniques to facilitate behavior change.

• Contextualize body composition scans, bloodwork, and GLP-1 considerations within the coaching scope under the guidance of the Clinical Team.

• Monitor member progress towards goals and celebrate achievements in behavior and consistency.

• Share insights about members with the team to help shape the evolving coaching program.

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in projects and feedback in a virtual work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full board certification as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) is mandatory.

• An associate's degree or higher, or a comparable experience-based path to coaching certification is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of client-facing coaching or training experience is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a high-volume caseload is necessary.

• Capability to work with a diverse member population across various ages, backgrounds, cultures, abilities, and health starting points.

• Excellent written communication skills are a must.

• Strong verbal communication skills and a professional video coaching presence are required.

• Ability to analyze and synthesize health data effectively.

• Current knowledge of health trends is expected.

• Experience in coaching clients using nutrition apps and wearable devices is preferred.

• Must be a resident of an approved state; currently hiring only in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

• Additional coaching credentials, personal training or strength qualifications, nutrition coaching certification, advanced degrees, clinical collaboration experience, luxury clientele experience, coaching specialties, and startup experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
