Health and Wellness Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with designated clients.

• Deliver skill-oriented, short-term interventions that address situational, developmental, or performance-related issues.

• Assist clients in developing specific skill sets and achieving tangible goals related to daily challenges and areas of stagnation.

• Offer virtual coaching services to K-12 students and educational staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Coaching Certification required.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a comparable field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, youth development, or similar support services for K-12 students.

• Proficient in navigating technology, including account setup and telehealth platforms.

• Must have a dependable computer (laptop or desktop) and an internet connection.

• Required to secure professional liability and bodily injury insurance before commencing services, with Gaggle listed as an additional insured.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Experience in providing virtual coaching is preferred.
