This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with interested leads via Zoom.

• Foster trust and connections through a highly relational and consultative methodology.

• Evaluate client goals, challenges, and readiness for change to ascertain program compatibility.

• Assist potential clients in making high-ticket purchasing decisions.

• Ensure precise CRM documentation, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up diligently.

• Collaborate across functions to guarantee a positive, white-glove client experience.

• Engage in ongoing sales training, team meetings, and personal development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in High Ticket Sales or completion of a consultative High Ticket Sales training program.

• At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales.

• Demonstrated success in High Ticket B2C consultative sales environments.

• Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in objection handling.

• Highly adaptable, relational, and confident when engaging with diverse personality types.

• Technically skilled with Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms in a remote setting.

• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.

• Technical aptitude with the ability to independently troubleshoot system and platform issues.

• Ability to adhere to a structured work schedule.

• Must currently reside in one of the following states: AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY.
