This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Establish and implement a cohesive WPM solution framework that aligns with workplace capabilities and the IFM value proposition.
• Foster collaboration across various service lines, regions, and stakeholder groups.
• Enhance JLL’s workplace positioning by providing strategic insights and vision.
• Act as a senior technical subject matter expert in areas such as engineering, critical environments, sustainability, smart buildings, energy engineering, occupancy planning, and workplace experience.
• Integrate technical and workplace practices throughout the sales and solutioning lifecycle.
• Link sales, solutions, and delivery teams to promote alignment, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in new business initiatives and portfolio growth during the sales process.
• Collaborate on IFM bids, proposals, and client presentations.
• Lead or assist with executive-level client interactions, technical sales presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Provide technical content, staffing models, pricing information, and sample deliverables for RFP/RFI submissions.
• Participate in pursuit debriefs to evaluate outcomes.
• Create and lead bundled workplace offerings that deliver measurable value to clients.
• Develop customized solutions for intricate client challenges and evolving workplace requirements.
• Enhance speed-to-market and responsiveness for solution content, demonstrations, and proposal assistance.
• Create tools, guidelines, and templates to improve seller effectiveness and increase win rates.
• Lead and influence teams across sales, solutions, operations, and specialty services.
• Advise divisional and regional leadership on workplace strategy, solution design, and technical positioning.
• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture that aligns with enterprise priorities.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering operations, IFM service delivery, technical services, and/or workplace solutions.
• Proven experience in developing IFM solutions and providing technical sales support.
• Strong understanding of IFM solution processes, including pursuit, win, and transition phases.
• Demonstrated experience in leading sales presentations as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to effectively engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong capability to communicate value propositions that align with client business objectives.
• Proven leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate across multiple service lines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.
