Head of VIP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propel growth across essential VIP performance metrics, such as NGR, retention, reactivation, churn mitigation, and LTV enhancement for elite players.

• Formulate and execute VIP strategies for both casino and sportsbook offerings, encompassing segmentation, tier frameworks, bonus structures, and lifecycle management.

• Establish and fulfill quarterly and annual VIP revenue objectives in close collaboration with the CEO and CFO.

• Build, expand, and lead a geographically diverse team of VIP managers and hosts across key regions, including CIS, LATAM, Asia, and Europe.

• Develop team operating standards, encompassing KPIs, incentive programs, coaching methodologies, and senior-level recruitment practices.

• Directly manage top-tier clients through hosting, gift-giving, event planning, retention strategies, and escalation management.

• Make strategic determinations regarding limits, bonuses, and resolution of disputes for high-value accounts.

• Create sportsbook-oriented retention strategies, including odds enhancements, cashback initiatives, in-play VIP experiences, and activations surrounding major sporting events (UCL, NFL, NBA, F1, combat sports).

• Develop crypto-focused VIP experiences, featuring instant payouts, multi-chain capabilities, on-chain rewards, and token-gated advantages.

• Collaborate across departments with CRM, Product, Payments, Compliance, and Trading teams.

• Represent the brand at industry conferences, networking functions, and exclusive private events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in VIP or player value roles within the iGaming sector, including a minimum of 3 years in crypto casino and/or crypto sportsbook operations.

• Demonstrated success in driving quantifiable VIP contributions to NGR growth.

• Practical experience in building and managing distributed VIP teams comprising 10 or more individuals.

• Robust understanding of sportsbook economics, including margin optimization, liability management, and collaboration with trading teams.

• Well-established network of contacts among crypto high-rollers, affiliates, and VIP hosts.

• Capability to make rapid commercial decisions in real-time.

• Preferred: Experience in launching VIP programs from inception in new markets.

• Experience in collaborating with affiliates to generate VIP traffic.

• Established relationships with crypto platforms, OTC desks, and VIP event coordinators.
