交易引擎负责人 – Head of Trading Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of the next-generation matching engine, responsible for the matching model, order book data structure, memory management, lock-free concurrency, and core performance metrics.

• Define and quantify key metrics such as TPS and P99/P999 latency, driving the team to continuously optimize system latency and throughput.

• Build high-availability disaster recovery, multi-active architectures, and end-to-end fault recovery mechanisms to ensure business continuity under extreme market conditions, hardware failures, and network partitions.

• Establish and lead an engineering team, enhancing team capabilities through technical depth and engineering methodologies.

• Make architectural trade-offs, coordinate commands, and make system decisions in high-pressure and volatile market environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in high-performance, high-concurrency systems, or traditional financial high-frequency trading systems, or top-tier cryptocurrency exchange matching engines and high-concurrency optimization experience, or low-latency infrastructure optimization experience.

• In-depth understanding of microsecond and nanosecond-level latency optimization.

• Familiarity with CPU cache lines, network protocol stack internals, and kernel details.

• Proficient in theoretical modeling of matching systems and technical capabilities in order book management, memory management, and lock-free concurrency.

• Ability to design architecture and make trade-offs under real-world production constraints.

• Strong decision-making and coordination skills in extreme pressure and volatile market conditions.

• Capability to build and lead an engineering team.
